The soup had a 1/4 steel brush bristle. Which I se allowed and stayed in my throat for 10 minutes before I went to the restroom and began some exercises to allow the bristle to either be swallowed or taken out. After few minutes of struggling I finally swallowed it. I told the waitress and just said to eat some more food but not offer of discount or nothing else. Hopefully it doesn’t have any repercussions. The food and service is really goood but just bad experience and bad response from the restaurant.

Sneaky sneaky... The bill was in Chinese so we didn't know what we got charge for. After we paid realized oh ... They actually sneaked in sauce fees, although we didn't get any sauce and we came with 2 toddler who didn't even eat. They counted extra extra for them... Would I be back? Not sure... There are many good hotpot in the area and this one service is really really bad. So bad that I thought I was in Hong Kong.
Definitely not worth the cost.

Very disappointing experience. Google shows closing at 11 PM, but when I called, I clearly told them I would arrive around 10:20 PM. I was informed that last call is at 10:30 PM and that I would be required to leave by 11 PM even if I hadn’t finished eating. This makes the posted hours misleading and inconsistent.

What made it worse was the extremely rude attitude of the female staff who answered the phone—impatient, dismissive, and unprofessional. Based on this interaction alone, I would not consider coming here.

The front desk experience has been consistently frustrating.
The young lady there appears inattentive and unsure of the process. Even after joining the Yelp waitlist ahead of time, we're left standing without explanation for 5-10 minutes each visit until another staff member takes over and seats us.
The lack of coordination at the entrance gives the impression that no one is actually managing the line properly.
Fortunately, the rest of the staff are warm and professional, and the hot pot options are solid.

Traditional and yunny schezuan spot. They know how to bring the spice! Theres also a side bar for you to make your own dipping sauce. Food is fresh. Service is fast and polite. All around A+++

Very pricey, but everything is very fresh. The mild spicy level is already too much for most ppl, don't try the regular spice level unless u r a pro. Also have a unlimited salad bar with delicious deserts just like Haidilao.

could have been a 5 stats...but there was basically no service when we were there for lunch. No more water, soup base drying up..we had to take away the empty dishes ourselves. However. service fees was akready added to the tap. I also almost miss that and would have double tipped. Food and pricing ate recommend. Wish they can improve their service, looks short handed today!
