I visited this location through the drive-thru and unfortunately, Selena, who took my order, was very snarky and rude. Just based on customer service alone, I would go out of my way to visit the Del Mar Rosemead location, which offers much better service. It's really unfortunate for this store

Ordered a hot vanilla latte, they obviously didn’t put any vanilla in it. Bitter
I went through the drive thru this morning and attempted to order 6 gift cards. I was told there was a limit placed on how many could be ordered in the drive thru. When I asked it turns out this is a location specific thing and because it’s teacher appreciation week the need to reduce wait times was a priority. While I understand, I really support teachers and parents. Being a parent is hard. Being a teacher is even harder. There’s one week out the whole year where teachers are appreciated and as a single mom it’s a struggle to do “all the things”. I don’t support making it harder on parents and guardians to try and appreciate their children’s teachers for any reasons of efficiency. It’s my humble opinion and I respect this Starbucks location has the right to disagree.
