I placed an order in store and made motification to my cafe latte. It was for 1 order, and he charged me for 2 and made my drink wrong. When I received my receipt, i notified him immediately , and he said he was too busy at the moment but would take care of it shortly. I didn't get any credit nor refund for an item i never ordered nor received until a week later. A guy who picked up the call said i gotta make trip to the store for a refund or nothingthey can. I live 6 hours away from this Starbucks. Ridiculous

Pretty bad overall. The staff were too busy chatting with each other and didn’t bother providing any service. The WiFi didn’t work either. The place looks nice, but the staff were cold and unwelcoming. There was trash left on the tables, and no one cleaned it up. When I walked in and said I was here for a pickup, the staff didn’t say a word—just pointed. Then, they practically tossed my coffee onto the pickup counter without a single word and walked away like they couldn’t care less.

Starbucks appshang offers to exchange cups for 400 points, but the clerk told me that I can't use the points. But the app doesn't show that it can't be exchanged. And the clerk's attitude is not good ?

-1 for never having any dark roast available. Plus, this place doesn't participate in any of the Veteran's Day promotions. But otherwise, what they provide is nice. Standard quality. The decor is really nice! If you're looking for outlets outside from the bench setting along the wall, it's kinda hard to find, but you may squeeze in an extra spot, if you know where to look. What I find sad is that it closes pretty early. Honestly, if the hotel partners with Starbucks to turn this into a Starbucks Reserve, to serve alcohol in the evening, this place would be a money-maker! Just an idea.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables available, but didn't see a button for accessible access opening at the corner. Restrooms are in the hotel. There's an accessible ramp to their lobby.

There is no service at all. The trash cans are already covered with garbage and no one will come to clean them. I would rather chat by myself. The worst Starbucks in the United States.

Extremely poor service, ordered a venti iced latte with nonfat milk, the barista got only the ice right after asking me twice and gave me a grande matcha latte. Never happened at other locations.

Management Definitely Needs an Overhaul. This had to be the absolute WORST stay with a Marriott property. I had 2 back-to-back reservations one for 1 night and the 2nd for 2 nights. I had called the hotel prior to arrival and advised of the two reservations to be cross-referenced in order not to move rooms. Upon check in the Front Desk was clueless about this and I had to tell them again so there was no cross-reference as they made me check out the first morning and re check in as they disarmed my key. The Front Desk knows absolutely nothing about the property they work at. Upon check in I was given a parking pass for the garage and was not told the directions to use it. So, I went into the garage and was told by Security that it had to be scanned. I could not back up as there were cars behind me, so the Security Guard helped. This is definitely important information that the Front Desk needs to be giving their guests. Next, all advertisements for their Lobby Bar says they open at 4:00pm and the Front Desk verified this. So, being hungry and thirsty we waited for 45 minutes till 4:00pm. Well, 4:00pm came and went and the Lobby Bar was dark and unattended obviously not open. Other people were waiting also as all information said 4:00pm opening. The Lobby Bar really does not open till 5:00pm and guests are not being told this or the advertisements not updated. Since I was not getting answers from the Front Desk I asked for a manager, she gave me a room service menu that can be ordered from which was all Asian food options and advised that this menu can be ordered from the Lobby Bar but not till it's open. A large hotel as this needs to have these amenities available for the guests who arrive in the afternoon as check in is 3:00pm and drink or food service not offered until 2 hours later, not a good way to run a property. So, being hungry our only option was to walk somewhere to dine. The problem is this property is located in China Town so all you have for dining options is Asian food and small cafeteria style eateries. I like Asian food this is not the problem; the issue is the property does not have any dining options that is not Asian and only available after 5:00pm. We took our business elsewhere. The room was comfortable, and this is the only thing positive I can say about this hotel. Maid service was a joke as they do not check or refill the shower amenities. The Conditioner was out so I took off the bottle from the wall and placed it on the shower floor alerting the Maids to check this and please refill. This did not happen, as when I came back to my room the container was still laying on the shower floor and not refilled. Also, never replaced the Toilet Paper. Yes, they had been in my room as the trash was emptied, bed changed, and towels replenished. Really, the Maids need to pay attention to everything, as even when it is blatantly obvious things need to be replaced, they do not, is this not their job? Never will I ever stay at this hotel again or recommend it. This hotel needs a management overhaul as it's ran terribly, and management / front desk are clueless.

I stayed here 4 nights with my wife and my dog. Really enjoyed staying here and actually felt like a high end hotel you'd get in Asia. 1. Facilty - Really impressed with the decor. Bright, modern but warm. As soon as you walk in, lobby alone is quite impressive for a building of this size. Also, the diffuser used at the hotel seems like sandalwood, not too strong but very elegant. Loved it. Gym is clean and sufficient, pool area is small but quite nice. Really the courtyard in the middle of the hotel. 2. Service - Everyone that I have interacted at the hotel, Liz & Sophia from the front desk, and Mark L from Club Lounge was so friendly and helpful. We stayed at Hyatt House right before this stay and can totally feel the difference. It really seemed like staff at Sheraton San Gabriel "cared" which seems rare these days in the U.S. 3. Room - Everything was immaculate and clean. Bedding and pillows were plush and comfortable. Decent sized room with lots of sunlight if one wished. Very well appointed. Decor was definitely relaxed, I'd call modern classic. One can easily tell this hotel is well run and maintained. 4. Location - In the middle of SGV, Asian food capitol of SoCal, if not all of US(w/ exception to Korean food). It's conveniently off of 10 fwy near Del Mar so you can easily go to LA/OC. 5. Breakfast - Breakfast at the Club Lounge is quite good(given it's complimentary). Excellent are the espresso, hot breakfast items(eggs, sausages, etc) and the fruits. I must say the fruits are the most impressive, fresh, ripe and juicy. Whoever sources these fruits should be given a medal. Service is top notch as well. Mark L. who served us on the last day left quite an impression. His level of service was that I received at top notch restaurants. Only thing I would improve here would be the bread selection. Overall, this hotel exceeded all of our expectations and than some. I have noticed significant drop in service after service for many hotels but this one excels. I have not cared for Bonvoy but because of this experience, I may switch from Hyatt. (Hilton, you still suck) If you have plans to visit LA, I would strongly recommend this hotel. Absolutely the best experience I've had in US hotels in recent times!

I always order a venti matcha latte which the total is always 5.80, at this location is 7.44 - almost 2 dollars extra, that’s insane not even at the airport

This property looks grand and well placed in the San Gabriel community like it’s been there forever. I learned it was built from the ground up, and done with style in the last five years. The lobby is expansive, light and airy and comfortable with ample seating. I was delighted to be upgraded to a beautiful One Bedroom Suite which had a lovely view into a garden courtyard. The bedroom didn’t have Windows (which helped with the morning sun) but I discovered some well hidden switches which illuminated the bedroom with a soft glow. Large flat screen in the Bedroom was adjustable to various viewpoints in the bedrooom. The bathroom featured a large soaking tub as well as a spacious walk in Shower. The living room had a second flat screen, comfortable seating and wet bar with microwave and refrigerator. An interesting feature of the hallways were the elevator lobbies on each floor. They were spacious, almost as if an entire floor could be rented with event space right off the elevator on each floor. The lounge was open in the morning for breakfast, although my schedule didn’t permit me to visit. It appeared there was an Espresso machine. I did pop by in the afternoons for water, soda and nuts and snacks. Parking was Valet or Self Park with ample spaces. The parking entrance often had security sitting at the entrance for an added layer of security. There is an actual Starbucks attached to the property. There was also a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby. The hotel is located in a community of various Asian Cultures and the Hotel Restaurant offered some Chinese and more Western Dishes. There was a more formal restaurant (Japanese I believe), which I did t visit. A variety of other cuisines were available in close proximity including Vietnamese, Thai, and a Hawaii Supermarket for snacks. There was some confusion about payment upon my arrival, but it was quickly and satisfactorily resolved by the General Manager who was a pleasure to meet and work with. When my weekly travels find me in Los Angeles, I’ll most definitely return to this thoroughly delightful and comfortable hotel.
