Ordered the Chongqing grilled fish for takeout, opened the box in the car and that peppery steam just rushed out, had to crack the window. Skin a bit more charred than I like but the broth soaked into the rice nicely, worked for me.
Solid catering experience and honestly a pretty Instagram-worthy spot for photos. The setup looked tidy, simple, nice light, and the serving table had this clean layout that made my plate look good on camera, lol. Staff moved things along, kept refilling trays, low-key but on it, which I liked.
Late-night bistro vibes, tbh this catering hit nice after work; warm dishes, quick setup, staff stayed chill and attentive, works for me.
