Tea Maru - Housemade Boba

Loved my mango slush with ice cream and Brown Sugar Boba. It tasted like fresh mango and then got creamy with the ice cream. I did 75% sugar but next time I'll go 50% because of the ice cream. My partner had a cheese foam matcha drink and enjoyed it. We visited with some friends and their 5yo kids tried boba for the first time and liked the strawberry slush with strawberry boba.

Refreshing and great tea quality/flavor! We got the mango jasmine and lemon drop teas.

Grapefruit fantasy with 25% sugar was great--really strong tea flavor which I prefer. However, the homemade boba tasted off but maybe because it was midday? While I was there another customer complained that the boba was too hard but the girl making the tea was gracious enough to redo it. I would just make sure to taste your drink before leaving the store.

Had oolong milk tea with brown sugar boba, pretty basic. The boba is delicious, very fresh, and slightly sweet... so good. Only downside for me is there wasn't a healthy serving of boba. I would have ordered extra if I knew it contained a little less than other shops in the area. Still delicious!

They have many variety of boba drinks at Tea Maru. The price is better than other boba tea places! Very good and fast service! I would recommend and come again!

When you roll into 626 looking for boba and find yourself in a trifecta of options in one street corner, it can be hard to decide where to check out. Fortunately, Tea Maru holds its own and was a great spot to grab boba.

Ordering is done completely through the kiosk but I'm sure you can ask the staff any questions that may be unclear from ordering.

While it's not clear at first they do offer lactose-free and non-dairy milk options including soy, oat, and almond, all free of charge. That is usually unheard of but absolutely appreciated as someone that loved their milk teas but no longer consumes dairy. You are able to select this as you scroll through selecting your sweetness and ice levels for your drink.

I ordered a Roasted Oolong Tea Latte with oat milk and boba. I was able to enjoy the high quality oolong tea and the sweetness of the boba and sweetener was extremely satisfying. Oh, and did I mention they make their own homemade boba here apparently? They were incredibly soft and chewy.

While there isn't much room inside to stay and hangout, there's plenty of space to stand while waiting for your order.

Bathroom is 'temporarily closed' as many places have been since the pandemic. Free parking is available in a private shared lot.

The service here was incredible and the drinks were great! There was only one worker behind the counter and they made all four of our drinks in less than 10 minutes. I’d highly recommend the Sweet Potato Matcha Foam drink with brown sugar bubbles. Everything is reasonably priced!Accessibility is good with an accessible counter height and legible menu. Fair amount of free parking.I took away one star solely because the ambiance inside wasn’t such that i’d want to eat-in.

Fast and friendly service. I really like their bacon turkey and cheese sandwiches ?The donuts are fresh and beautiful and the fancy ones are decorated very creativity ?

Love this place. Been here since they first opened. The quality is consistent. My favorite drink is their signature maru milk with the cheese foam.
