Specialty Chang Fun restaurant? Count me in! Their Chang fun had such amazing texture- it was thin but had that je ne sais quoi. It almost as good as the one in Flushing, NY but they have much more varieties of flavor here. I was expecting the typical umami sauce like at dim sum places so their milder sauce took me aback. I came into this place to try authentic cantonese food and I really enjoyed the food. I got the 蛋肉肠粉 (egg & meat chang fen) and a cup of Hong Kong milk tea. The service was extremely friendly and prompt. The restaurant itself has a "hole in the wall" vibe, which is what I like because these are the places known to have great food. Overall, it was the perfect place for a quick and delicious lunch.
