Better Buzz Coffee San Jacinto

I recently visited Better Buzz in San Jacinto and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Lizbeth. From the moment we interacted, she stood out. Lizbeth was incredibly friendly and bubbly, and her positivity was contagious. She’s the kind of person who can bring a smile to anyone’s face with her attitude, and it really brightened my day.
What stood out even more was how much she seemed to enjoy her work. She recommended some of their best-selling items, which I found super helpful, especially since I tend to be indecisive. Her suggestions made the decision process easier and more enjoyable.
In a world where customer service can feel lackluster, Lizbeth was a refreshing change. I genuinely appreciated her outstanding service and warm demeanor. She turned what could’ve been just a simple coffee stop into a memorable, happy experience. Lizbeth is the kind of person you hope to meet every day!

Got their Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew. Pretty decent coffee. A lot of options to choose from. Friendly staff. Might try some of their other drinks next time I go.

For the most part this place is a good place but the guest experience in the Drive-Thru has to improve sometimes they wait of 3 to 5 minutes just to get greeted and then another 3 to 5 minutes to get a drink this has happened on several occasions in the early morning without anyone in the Drive-Thru Another concern is a lack of training on the POS system when taking orders through the drive-thru

I ordered a snickerdoodle latte and a morning bun. The iced latte was great, not too sweet. The morning bun was warmed and delicious. I’ll definitely be back!
