Great customer service. Denalee was super sweet!
I had the pleasure of being served by Sonia today and it was a really pleasant experience. I've been here a few times and it usually feels pretty standard for a Subway, but I just loved Sonia's efficiency and pleasantness. She asked all the right kind of questions when taking my order in the right way, I feel. I think she is a great employee. At least today, she was on her game! Thank you Sonia for a great experience!

Subway on Esplanade and San Jacinto offers great service with a friendly and uplifting attitude from its staff. While the atmosphere is average, the food is a mixed bag - some customers enjoy their vegetables, but others are not fans of the lunch meat used in their sandwiches. Despite some inconsistencies, the restaurant has some standout employees who provide excellent customer service, making up for any shortcomings.
