I have always loved Little Caesars, but the customer service at this location has significantly declined. Tonight (Saturday, August 8th), the service was incredibly slow. While I understand staffing shortages happen, there needs to be better support at the register. Furthermore, I noticed several food safety and hygiene issues: none of the staff making food were wearing gloves or hairnets, and employees were talking loudly over the food. Gave us the wrong order. Not going back to fix. Order 1 pizza : half with sausage and pepperoni, other half pineapple and ham. 2 pizza : extra cheese with lite sauce.
