I went thru the drive through. To be honest fast food is just fast food. My difficulty came up when i tried to order with the dang AI. After FOUR attempts I started to drive away and a young man asked me to drive through at his window. Maybe its me but to spend $10-$15 to speak to an AI and have the employee say heres your order thank you for coming. AI is the worst customer service possible. I understand its corporates way of cost cutting but its tacky. Sorry Burger King but its not just you. Blessings

Hands down my favorite hamburger spot! But this time I had the breakfast platter. And while it is okay, McDonald's deluxe breakfast edges them out in quantity. In fact, I've found it really too much to eat!

The most disgusting hamburger/ frys and iced tea Ive ever had in 68 years of life. This puke was foul and cold , unbelievable they sell low grade dog food. At one time B K was tasty, that ship has sailed.

The soda machine was down and didnt even offer to upgrade my fries or anything whatsoever. She wants courteous and understanding but still wish I had better service.
You guys never listen to what people order you just make food when you see the orders but you don't pay attention to the details no cheese means no cheese no mayonnaise means no mayonnaise. This is the 5th time you have messed up this same exact order and I'm not going back I told you that you guys would get my reviews instead of me coming back next time and here we are

When ordering from the Menu present on Google Maps the store does not Honor what is posted by them their argument was that a app code is needed yet the information provided on line does reflect the store point of view making this a misleading information by the owner's of this franchise lack of training or store just didn't want to agree to their mistake Burger King should look in to this San Jacinto California store.
