-Update- I was able to receive a response from corporate as no one from this location bothered to try and remediate the situation. Based on the lack of responses to multiple complaints in the reviews, I can't say I am surprised.
-Original Posting- My order was made incorrectly multiple times. The team member was very unprofessional in their approach. The app displays items the store does not carry and the workers just seem to laugh or give off rude responses when asked about it. Additionally the same team member had her hands in a red cleaning bucket filled with who knows what. She proceeds to squeeze out a towel and go from that bucket, to the the hot food line, and then to the register all without a proper hand washing (standard food safety should tell you not to do that). She also tried to charge for sauces the store already missed from the original transaction. At that point after driving back and dealing with her disturbing behavior my family decided to leave and take things above her as she clearly lacks conflict resolution skills.
This experience has left a stain on my views of this specific store as this is not the first time I have had an issue with missing/ incorrect items or employee behavior.

Did an online order and pick up at drive thru, and of course they got the order wrong and we were home before we discovered it. Paid $1.00 extra per sandwich to add bacon to 2 cheeseburgers , they charged me for it but did NOT put bacon on either sandwich. I tried to call the restaurant and of course they don’t answer it either. Online ordering is suppose to make the process more efficient in that the employees making the food should be READING THE ORDERS and they obviously aren’t. Another fail by the greedy fast food industry.

Tried the new sourdough mushroom burger was disgusting the meat was warm the mushrooms are ice cold like they just came out of a refrigerator and no flavor do not waste your money I donated $5 to Burger King I threw it out the window

I like burger king. The whoopers are not like they used to be, but it's all good. The team they have there was a nice work environment . The girls spoke Spanish to each other, spoke English to costumers! Nice and clean!
Vegetarian options: I would eat there again! Just because of the service! Good job girls!

I believe they need to take the shake option off the menu if every time that I come there it’s never up. Look if you don’t want to clean the machine that’s fine. But it’s not working EVERY TIME I happen to come through? Nah. Do better.
Had great service I forgot to order mozzarella fire sticks, ordered them at the window got them in a hurry.

This is my 80yo dad's home away from home. He frequents BK for breakfast weekly. The Employees literally treat him like a Valued Customer at both the Hemet and San Jacinto locations. Thank you for your kindness!
