Experience… BAD! BAD!!! BAAAAADDDD!!!! I order only 2 chicken wraps, and this lady aracely G gave me a bad attitude, and i asked for a hot sauce, she said don’t have it, buffalo sauce, don’t have it, jalapeño, and… DON’T have it! I gave them 1 star because i can’t give them 0

I went thru the drive thru last night and there were no cars ahead or behind us but they made us pull around front. When a young man can out and we asked if we could check our order…he was mad about that and rushed away saying he had work to do and then we said we needed condiments and he said they were out ofeverything! My husband went in to voice his concerns and even the manager was horrible! We raise there wages and we pay higher prices and they treat us like this…..I will not be back to that Carls Jr. and no corporate number to call.

Was nice to meet someone from corporate to let them know about how bad things are here. They were on top of their game due to corporate being there. They said that they were going to be working on improving things.

Every single time i come here its park in the front. Its a fast food place and it takes about 20 minutes to get your food. Not really sure why you always have to wait in the front.

Wow, I guess 1 and a half stars is accurate. They did it again. No one behind me in the drive thru, but they parked me anyway. Perhaps it was so the could deal with the customer whose order they had just gotten wrong. What happened to customer service? What happened to competence. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Perhaps I was lucky to already know what I wanted since the driveway sign was dark. Get it together guys.

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHY THEY HAVE YOU PARK IN FRONT EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU??! It’s a way to cheat the clock and timer is what it is! Management get it together... Your timer is there for corporate for a reason! ??
