We were looking for a place to dine in at night since we were 45 mins away from home. I called this location which we were near to see what time they closed their dining area. It was 9:30 and the woman who answered said, “We’re almost closed, at 10pm.” So we rushed over to get a quick bite. We show up to the doors at 9:40 and the doors are locked. They told me they ran out of onion rings one time, so I couldn't get the WBC. The last 3 times I've asked for ranch, they always say they don't have any. At the drive thru, you can literally hear music blasting through the intercom while ordering. But the food is good, when they have it.

Was nice to meet someone from corporate to let them know about how bad things are here. They were on top of their game due to corporate being there. They said that they were going to be working on improving things.
