Great fresh food made, dinner room was clean , tables where clean free of debris very pleased with my visit. Drive thru service seems to be very responsive and quick.
Did online order and I ordered a single bacon cheese burger fries ect. When I got order a came home , I noticed it was a double cheese burger it was cold and the bun was old . All the top of the bun fell apart as I opened it. I called the Carls store and I started to explain to the lady what was wrong with my order she put me on hold and I’ve been on hold for 15 min.. this is ridiculous. I will not be going here anymore .
