Me and my sister went to this Del Taco at 1 AM and the food was amazing. It was hot, fresh, exactly how we ordered it. Not only that, the worker was very friendly and generous. Would highly recommend going back when graveyard is working.

Beyond helpful staff, generous portions, great taste. The staff is above and beyond the best reason to stop in here, even brought an Iced Tea out to me as I was leaving as it was being brewed when I walked out.

This evening i go to get food for my 3 kids mind you i have one teenager that has allergies to dairy (anaphylaxis). I ordered 25 tacos and out of the 25 I asked for five with no cheese Since my son has allergies. Maria, who is the nighttime shift Manager takes my order and confirms my order about five times reiterating that I needed five without cheese, I confirm with Maria that five of them will be with no cheese. I get to the window I pay for my order and I asked Maria what bag has the tacos with no cheese she indicates in a rush , pushing the bags on me that the first bag she gave me are the tacos that have no cheese. I say thank you and I park right in front of the restaurant just to be sure that these tacos did not have cheese, My husband and I are going through both bags and all tacos have cheese mind you I only had 18 tacos in the bag so I was missing seven tacos. I get back in line frustrated because she reassured me that the first bag had tacos with no cheese. I get to the window and I explained the situation to Maria nicely. She then proceeds to tell me that the tacos did not have any cheese and that she counted the tacos and made sure there was 25. I then explained to her that I would not waste my time and another 45 minutes in line just to sit there and argue with her about the tacos having cheese. I explained to her that my son .has allergies and if he would’ve ate that he would’ve ended up in the hospital. She then proceeds to blame it on the new cook in the back and tells me that she has a new cook in the back and she made sure that there was no cheese. The way she was arguing with me was unacceptable and unprofessional. She made it seem like we were lying about the missing tacos and about the tacos having cheese at this point it’s 12:30 am & I decided to give her both of the bags back and get a Refund. I was just wanting to get my son his tacos with no cheese and the missing tacos however because of her customer service and the intent to continue to argue we will not be going back!!

This is my husbands account but either way. We go to del taco quite often as it’s close to where we both work. This one in particular got our order wrong tonight. Then when we went in to get the MISSING ITEMS. She tried to get my husband to pay again. She also told us she couldn’t replace the drink that was OVERCARBONATED. And she admitted they had to adjust the levels. And said “I can’t do anything because you didn’t bring the cup. This place is INCOMPETENT. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Fries were tasting of 5 day old oil, combintion burrito was put together by a new guy because of lack of care, they must give more training to this cooks, one of the worst lunches Ive had in months

Would give 0 stars if I could do disorganized. Had to shout to get help because the automated order system is a joke doesn't have an option for bold in customize, the manager was annoyed that she had to help. Used to love this place, now I hate it.

Never in my life have I been told you can only have 1 taco sauce for each item ordered. I like a lot of the Del Scorchio sauce in my burrito. But apparently Sheradain, the cashier, said I couldn't have more. I even offered to pay for extra. She looked at me with a blank face and still denied my request. To make things worse, I never even got my side of chips that I paid for. Sad that even $20/hr can't employ competent workers. Order #58 at 7:51 for management reference.
