Family recently moved to the area, and we were trying to find a good, authentic spot for hispanic cravings. This place did not disappoint. We tried the menudo (6 orders) and the bacon wrapped shrimp to go. Everyone was impressed and loved the taste of the food. With regard to the service, everyone was attentive, considerate, and welcoming. Hand made tortillas, everything was packaged perfectly for transport, and constant check in during the wait. Impressed, will return, and will recommend. Thank you!

Went to Delgado’s in Friday, April 18, 2025. We ordered (2) orders of Shrimp Fajitas Combination plates and a kids bean burrito plate with French fries. We ordered 2 Cokes which are refillable. We substituted side salad for beans since the items come with rice and beans. They offer you warm tortilla chips with a delicious homemade salsa when you sit down. The location is in downtown San Jacinto in a mini strip mall. Don’t let the location fool you, the restaurant is clean, the server was extremely helpful and they can seat about 75-100 people at capacity. If you’re in the area you have to try out Delgado for authentic Mexican food. Another time work ordered about a hundred breakfast burritos. They were outstanding, just like I make at home. They made about 5 different types of breakfast burritos.

My family and I love Delgado's. Héctor is very courteous and always comes to talk to us to see how we are doing. I ordered two ground beef tacos and a shredded beef flauta. The food was delicious.
