I saw the Queens of Cobbler tent at the Palm Springs Village Fest on a recent visit and decided to try their mixed berry cobbler. Honestly I was prepared to be underwhelmed because most pies and cobblers have over sweetened, indeterminate filling in a tough crust. Boy was I wrong!! The crust was amazing and my only disappointment was that I got the single serving size so there was only a top crust. Peach Cobbler is amazing and trust me when I say amazing. I ordered a small one at a function and I was surprised of the taste. I had to order one of those half of cobbler. Peach is a most have for sure...

Support this family business...nice people.Doing the cobbler again but not so much the pudding. I can do the pudding the same myself but not the work that goes into making their pretty darn good cobbler. They are all about the cobbler for me. I got it hot out of the oven.....that was the way to go!!I told everybody I just made it (ha ha).Much success to this cobbler bakery. Let's revive Main STREET.......this is a good start
