This place is starting to decline in quality. This is a shame since it's one of my favorite spots, but in recent times, my meals have been subpar. Brown avocado on my bowls, missed drink when ordering, and today, my pollo bowl barely had anything. The food was literally at the lowest line on the bowl and even then, it was still not filled to that. Pretty shameful of them.... Small chicken burrito also ?

Went in to order an 8 piece, mixed, with 3 sides and corn tortillas. I didn't check it when I left the restaurant, and when I got home, I could not believe how charred and dry the chicken was. Most of it was inedible, and the rest was so dry and tough that you could barely even chew it. This location has done this several times, and I frequent it here often. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.

Got dinner for four people there and you know same old good El Pollo loco but they messed up our order we bought, meals and they didn't give us any of the drinks when I got one drink out of four orders so you know he got to check everything before you pull away

This use to be such a great store until recently. The customer service is horrible. Iris A I believe was the lady at the drive through window didn’t ask if we wanted salsa. Was trying to ask for salsa and got its I. The bag. 2 salads for 2 meals???? 1 each. Had to go back in and ask for one more as the meal is shared and am allergic to tomato’s. Was talking to a customer saying does she want the bed or not. Not friendly what so ever. I will be traveling further to the el poo loco off of Florida and Kirby. So disappointed. Iris seems as though she had better things to do than to take care of paying customer.

It's always disappointing when the prices aren't posted and you pay $13 for a salad and a tea. It's called a double chicken, but I'm missing the part where there is even single chicken. This is the first time I've ever eaten El Pollo Loco. I won't be back.

I enjoyed the Pollo Bowl it is a good deal with rice and beans and chicken on top and cilantro and tomatoes and onions. You also get a drink with that and tortillas for 5.79. I also pay extra for the cilantro dressing, love the flavor with my meals

Stopped through the drive thru for a Double Chicken street corn fit salad bowl. Pretty disappointed. Gave me less chicken than normal. And the salad was way smaller and their dressing was supper runny. To top it off charges way more than other locations for the same salad. I felt ripped off.
