Their chicken is delightful & I really like their new quesadillas. Service at our local drive through is pretty slow. I imagine that is on the young girl taking orders
Ordered on line, food was ready shortly after I arrived. Absolutely delicious. 😋
Very pleased with costumer service today and the food was great. I had to look at my receipt to know who it was that helped me out today so thank you Cheyenne !!

El Pollo Loco is a popular restaurant known for its Pollo Bowl and affordable meals that include rice, beans, chicken, and toppings. Customers appreciate the good value and flavor of the Pollo Bowl and cilantro dressing. The restaurant is often praised for its quick and friendly service, with staff members who go beyond expectations. It is generally a clean place with plenty of parking and a kid-friendly atmosphere. However, recent reviews mention some issues like declining food quality, including brown avocado, incomplete orders, and insufficient portions. Some customers note that prices can be steep and recommend checking for coupons or discounts before visiting. While the restaurant often provides fast service and attentive staff, there are concerns about inconsistent food quality, especially with items like Mac and cheese, which has sometimes been watery and flavorless. Overall, many still enjoy the chicken and the good flavor, but some customers hope for more consistent quality in the future.
