“Very, very good after 3 or 4 visits here. I highly recommend the shredded beef tacos and chili relleno. The chips and salsa are very addictive, the guacamole is excellent too. Even the rice and beans are fresh and tasty. My only complaint was the water tasted like bad tap water that even lemon couldn't rescue, but the next time I ordered a michelada which was good..“
“Finally went here and can't believe what Ive missing!!!! This place is amazing!!!!! Its small (3 tables and an area with 2 barstools ) but it's worth it!!!! We had 2 Gordita's, 5 beef taquitos, carne asada burrito and a pork tamale.... All I can say is this is my new fave place!!!! Love live loved everything!! Full pf flavor, quick service and not pricey at all!!! You want real Mexican food.... THIS IS THE PLACE!!!“
“Went in last night for the first time. We were greeted by two gentlemen who were so kind and made us feel right at home. We got our order to go, but the atmosphere was nice at the restaurant. The food was delicious! We got the fish and shrimp taco deal. Buy 3 get a ceviche tostada for free. The fish and shrimp tacos were so good and so were the tostadas de ceviche! I highly recommend this place and I cannot wait to try out the rest of their menu items. Also, the staff let us know of all the different specials they have everyday. You don’t see specials like that at other places, so that was impressive to me. I’m surprised this place doesn’t have a higher rating. They’re definitely rated 4.8 or higher in my opinion. This place should be packed with customers. This is just my opinion, but I know good food!Parking: This place is located in a shopping center, so there’s tons of parking.“
“First time going I was craving tamales and didn't wanna settle for Cardenas tamales (they're mediocre at best) and OMG SO GOOD !!! I ordered chicken and cheese w/ jalapeño and within a couple minutes I finished them both. Ordered the beef for my mother, she enjoyed it as well however I don't normally eat beef tamales. They have sweet ones on their menu but they didn't have any today idk if they run out of those early or what but hopefully next time I go they'll have those ready ! Also the lady was sweet and straight to the point 10/10 !!“
“Dear everyone reading reviews on this place, ignore the bad reviews, they can't be more far from the truth after my experience there. They were so kind and friendly, incredibly affordable (and were really good), also $2.99 fish tacos on Wednesday and Sundays is a steal I don't care what anyone says lol. Definitely worth a try. :)“
“I had the quesabirria very good! Took a while but worth the wait. the atmosphere took me away, if you grew up in a big (Mexican) family household it feels like you are at Nana's house years ago, they turn the tv off when your food is served just like a real nana would thank you for the nostalgia and comforting food! “My father just moved to San Jacinto. I went on Google to pick a good place to eat. I was visiting. I found Juan’s R. Chicken. I saw the amazing 5 star reviews regarding the chicken, potato salad, and salsa.We got the family pack to go. The restaurant was a bit small inside. Several tables inside. They do have a soda pop machine where you serve your own drink while you eat there or wait for your food.Once we got home. The chicken taste was amazing. The beans were delicious. The potato salad was to die for. We got double potato salad I was happy i did. I live in Corona and would drive to San Jacinto just for the chicken and potato salad.Amazing! Keep up the great taste. Keep working on the customer experience. Need a bit more enthusiasm when dealing with customers. It’s not just a job but we get the great food and you make an earning to continue to open this great food locations.Thanks for your service.“
“The asada tacos are huge and super delicious con tortillas hecho a mano... for being a big guy, three tacos and a mexican coke in a bottle and im set...Next im gonna try the burritos..There is also a restaurant in the downtown riverside area ... which ever restaurant you choose, you wont be disappointed!!!“
“I keep coming back because of a great food. Although customer service needs a lot of help. One time, we waited for our food for almost 45 minutes. Nobody came by 2 explain, offer a drink or chips or anything. We were ready to leave, but again, the food is absolutely delicious. We've eaten there several times as well as gotten takeout.“
“I LOVE going when Raquel is working. Even though I usually go to the drive thru. She ALWAYS makes sure I have all the correct sauces & ALL of my items in the bag. I stopped checking to see if my order was correct since she has been helping me. And that’s a huge thing for me. No one wants to go home just to find out their order is messed up. She’s great. The store always looks clean. Inside & out. No homeless hanging out like there use to be years ago. I know here other Del Tacos in the city, but I purposely drive to this location bcuz I know I can always count on her & her team to make my order right each time. Thank you for always doing a damn good job!“
