As always, the food was great, and the restaurant was decently clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. I was served in less than 5 minutes after ordering. Management is definitely doing a good job at running this place.

Extremely clean, excellent customer service through drive thru, accurate with the order. I feed a lot of nutritionally diverse eaters and used to rely on El Pollo because of the Mac and cheese. The Colton location always had fresh, thick Mac and cheese, but both times we have visited this location (San Jacinto) the pasta has been watery and flavorless. Probably will still return for chicken but not as often.
