This place never has your order ready on time no matter how early you order. The service is usually bad.
I will never go here again no matter how cheap it is. Domino’s pizza is always ready on time and their employees are friendly.

Horrible , never have hot and ready. Worst service experience Ever. They have a whole bunch of young people working there that don’t know what they are doing . Pizza never cut correctly. The crazy bread is always super skinny like if it’s burnt a teenager should not be the manager at a fast food place that obviously isn’t doing their job just because their dad is corporate manager or runs corporate or something like that.

I don’t understand why they sell hot and ready if they never have hot and ready pizza to go they make people wait 20 minutes they might as well say place your order and be here when your order is ready to pick up. It makes no sense. the pizza is never cut correctly. These teenagers and little kids running this restaurant is ridiculous. There should be somebody that is experience running this restaurant correctly.

whoever manages this place need to be fired.
#1- Never have shift changes during peak hours, especially cashiers.
#2- Keep people orders together in the same warmer. i was waiting in line for 8 minutes before even ordering because the cashier was fumbling around going from cabinet to cabinet trying to find peoples pickup orders.
#3- Need some sort of line management or at least an area for people that have already ordered to sit that is not in the way.
#4- Need more quality control in the kitchen because what i was served was pathetic

If you're looking for a good place for food, a good pizza, then this is the place. If you're waiting to get into the line of hell, this is probably where it starts every time I go to this particular Little Caesars. There's all this staff. One person working the register. It takes forever for the food to get out I literally wait at least 40 minutes every time. I go there and then finally they'll put together some pepperoni pizzas and all these people will get their pizza and I'm still waiting for my custom-made order. I don't know if they're doing a new way of cooking pizzas or it takes at least 30 minutes for it to cook or there's a new dough. But the owner of this franchise needs to really teach and train as employees to help them develop customer service. Half the employees here don't know what's going on and everybody has no initiative to get the food out faster. Maybe the owner of this restaurant should work at night and see what the rush looks like because apparently they don't know what's going on. I recommend to go to every other Little Caesars just not this one cuz this one absolutely sucks. The pizza's okay.

This is the second time we've ordered the pretzel-stuffed crust, and again, it's not stuffed. It's just cheese in the dough, which shouldn't be hard for an order you're getting paid to do, so do it right.

i dont usually leave reviews but my experience at little caesars today was so incredible i had to and it was all thanks to one person yesenia from the moment i walked in she greeted me with a warm smile that could brighten anyones day you could tell right away that she genuinely cared about her work and the customers

she handled the rush with absolute grace moving with the speed of a seasoned chef and the professionalism of a top tier manager my order was not only fast it was perfect the crazy bread was actually crazy good and the pizza was fresh hot and sliced like art

what really blew me away was her attitude friendly respectful upbeat even while multitasking like a pro she even remembered a regular customers name and order which shows she pays attention and truly values the people who come in

honestly yesenia should be running the place if she isnt already in a world where customer service can sometimes fall short shes a rare gem the kind of employee every business dreams of

if i could give her 10 stars i would thank you yesenia for turning a quick pizza run into the highlight of my day🍕🙌

Loved my experience here with the staff , and was in and out of the restaurant with great service front cashier (Yesenia ) was sweet and super friendly! She also seemed to lead very well and was surprised to hear she wasn’t a manager! She’s great 🥰
