Sadly disappointed. First time customers, found on Yelp. Purchased butter cookies and cream puffs but apparently were custard filled. Butter cookies did not seem fresh baked as they were more soft in texture instead of having a slight crisp on exterior. The custard filling in puffs were too grainy in texture like flour too much flour, it was so bad we threw them away. The items looked better than they taste.

Newly remodel after 30+ years. Came in and I didn’t even recognized this place. They got a new outer shell but they’re still producing the same quality baked goods and sandwiches. My favorite treat is the mini pizzas and the stuff pork floss bread. The prices haven’t changed after the remodel, the service is still good and fast now with Apple Pay. I will always give this place 5 stars as I’ve been going here since I was 9.

In the spirit of not gate keeping, this is hands down the BEST Vietnamese cold cut sandwich aka banh mi. Order exactly like me: Banh mi dac biet, extra mayo (bo) & pate with all the fixings.Don't @ me with other places. Yes I tried them all. This was actually the #2 spot in the Bay, #1 was this hole in the wall billiard spot, but the business was sold and the recipe was never the same. So this has been a staple for banh di dac biet.Hot tip: call ahead and order on the phone. Come to pick up and pay, no waiting, ain't nobody got time for that.

I appreciate their “veggie ball” sandwich option for vegetarians.

This small bakery is split with 2 different areas: one to order baked goods and the other for banh mi sandwiches. There is a very big selection of baked goods here. It'll range from sweet to savory. I ordered the pineapple bun and hot dog bun. They were both so good and reasonably priced. The pineapple bun was not to sweet, but the topping crumbles very easily! The hot dog bun was perfectly buttery. I would definitely order these again. The bakery is located in a very busy plaza, but there is plenty of parking. $10 minimum for card.

Early 6.30am, start to see people walking in the bakery. With curiosity, I went into and was surprised to see many varieties of bread and banh mi. Everything looked good and decent price. I asked the lady what's the best seller, meat pork bun it is $4 each. It's nice but I like the mini banhmi better, I have bbq pork belly banh mi, it's the best bahmi ever. I tried the French croissant, it's just average.

This is a rough review to write because the service was friendly & the taste of the food I had tried was actually kind of good. But unfortunately, I ordered a Banh Mi and found a fly in the middle of my sandwich. I'm so happy I was looking where I was biting. I was about 1/3 of the way into my sandwich when I saw it. It looked old and crusty, not like it freshly flew into my sandwich but more like it had been in their meet mixture for a bit. I immediately headed back to the store and they were gracious enough to refund me my whole order which I returned. For what it's worth, the other pastries I had tried before getting to this sandwich did taste good, but I will not risk coming back here again.

For the love of...pate chaud! I for one have not been a fan of pate chaud my whole life until you guessed it, 111 Bakery. Most of the ones I've tried before had a questionable flavor profile inside and the outside (which is supposed to be flaky) was mediocre. My best friend had brought some pate chaud to a Halloween party last year and it was an instant hit! It was flaky AF on the outside (as it should be) and tasty as can be on the inside. I knew I finally found, "the one". LolI was craving for this recently and tried my hand at going to 111 Bakery while I was in the area but no dice. Going at close to 1PM in the afternoon was a risk because they sell out fast and of course they did by the time I got there. I went back a second time in-person and got my greedy hands on some pate chaud along with their grilled pork Banh Mi, baked pork bun, and a BBQ pork bun. I doubt I'm the first to say their Banh Mi bread to filling ratio is quite even. And, the bread is one of the better Banh Mi breads I've had. I would hope that would be the case since it is a bakery after all. It's a shame they're located right next door to a popular Banh Mi joint which overshadows the Vietnamese sandwiches sold here. The BBQ pork bun as you can see in my picture wasn't quite baked all the way on the outside when I cut it down the middle so that was a bit alarming and the filling wasn't as sweet like I'm used to tasting. The baked pork bun, however, was so good so I'd recommend to try that out too while you're there picking up your pate chaud and Banh Mi order. I'm definitely coming back here for all my pate chaud and baked pork bun cravings! As for the Banh Mi and all other pastries, I'm coming for you!
