575 Miishien is a relatively new Chinese noodle soup shop next to the movie theater. It is smallish with fast service and was busy for a lunch. The food is absolutely delightful, with excellent rice noodles. The crossing bridges wagyu is a top choice, and the mushrooms and Eel noodles are excellent as well. The bottled rose tea drink pairs excellent with the spicy soup. The flavor is good overall, though the spice level is not too high. However, serving sizes are a bit on the small side and not quite filling for the price. The restaurant had a smell like cleaning products, meaning it is clean.
