Placed a mobile order since ordering inside is always slow. Showed up 20 mins later when orders showed "completed" and the store was CLOSED. No employees, no sign indicating closure, no notice anywhere. Watched and waited as several other customers came to the door and were also confused to find it locked.Service at this location has not been awful but has not been great. Currently waited to place my order at the register for about 15 minutes. There's 3 employees working but 1 is at the dish pit making sure there's clean blenders and lids . Another employee the cashier was warming pastries and looked like she was catching up on mobile orders ? The last known employee on the floor is working on both to go orders and walk in orders . The drinks are good, the service unfortunately is not. This is the second time I’ve placed an order online after 7 am (store opens at 7 am/Mon - Fri) and the store was closed. Today, I placed an order, showed up at 8:08 am and the place was open but no one was inside the store and no drink was available for pick up.
