I have gone to this location quite a few times in the past year or so, and I've always been satisfied by what I've ordered. My go-to drink is the House Coffee, which I think is a refined take on traditional Vietnamese coffee. The sweetness, bitterness, and other flavors are really well balanced. I prefer hot drinks, but this is also good iced. I haven't explored the menu much, but the "Black and Tan" (app exclusive..) is a fun mix of coffee and tea.I also must specially call out the Santa's House Coffee, which adds chocolate sea cream and peppermint bits to the House Coffee and makes it an almost-perfect drink! If only it was available year-round...I usually order to-go, but I have only good things to say about the location and staff. My drinks are always ready by the scheduled time.Overall, I highly recommend checking out this or other branch locations!

Located in a small strip mall at the very end. I haven't had issues parking but I can see why at busy times it would get tough.Ordered the Thai tea and the passion fruit drinks both were so delicious! The Thai tea comes separated just like at Thai restaurants so you have to shake it up before consuming. The passion fruit drink was also really good and refreshing! Next time for both drinks I think I'll ask for a little less sweet.

I enjoy coming to this location, fast service, almost always accurate drinks and the consistency is beyond expected every time. We always get the house coffee light ice, no boba needed, just right amount of sweetness in every sip! Best Thai tea for the win, highly recommended to buy the half gallon on this. Their mung bean is my favorite too when I don't want to drink high caffeinated beverages. The staff are always friendly, clean with a hint of a homie feel.

You just can't go wrong with the drinks here. My go to is always the mung bean milk tea and green Thai tea, both 75% sweet. It's a little too much at 100%. BUT I didn't realize they offered free espresso shots?? So now I love getting milk tea with a shot of espresso for a coffee milk tea and wow it is great. A+ would do again.

The place has real good drinks. And the service is fast and smooth. They are tech savy, and even tough the place is small you can expect a large crowd to always be hanging around because how good their drinks are. Try my favorite Mung bean milk tea with boba!
