Wonderfully healthy buffet that has both south and north Indian cuisine. The buffet is one of the healthiest buffets I’ve ever had at an Indian restaurant in the Bay Area.

The food is always very good. A great variety of options. All curries and the popular butter chicken are great, as well as samosas.
Many items are fairly spicy, which I enjoy, but check with the staff to see if you need to request mild.
The daily 11am-3pm lunch buffet has lots of options. I really like both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, and desserts.
The pricing is lower compared to other restaurants, while the food quality is better than what the pricing would suggest.
Clean, pleasant atmosphere inside. All staff are diligent and hardworking. The servers don't come up every five minutes, which is nice, but sometimes need to wave for attention.
Overall, a really nice lowkey place with good food, highly recommend to swing by.

We have been living in Evergreen for 10+ years, and we dine quite regularly at 8 Elements. We are vegetarians and the quality of vegetarian food is top notch ... the Naans, the Malai Kofta, the Panneer dishes, the veggie soups, the spring dosa, the onion vada!
Recently, we had our daughter's Arangetram (Dance Recital). We worked with Ganesh to arrange dinner for around 250 guests. Everyone loved the food and the service!

Worst food experience, person confirm me just reheat and giving the food which was earlier prepared. Man just went in I said it was cold reheated it and gave me back with the same did not remove the lemon as well got this one like a slammed one
