If it ain’t Fish and Things then why are we going? The menu items have a huge variety, and something for everyone, even the ones that don’t eat enjoy raw fish. They offer an extra scoop of protein than you normally see with the large size being 5 scoops of protein instead of the usual 4. They offer more protein variety, than I’ve seen at any neighboring poke spot with some amazing marinated choices. One of my friends introduced me to their salmon skin bowl, and I haven't found any other place to compare. I sub the rice for greens. It is filling, and I even end up with leftovers. If you love salmon, this dish is packed with omega-3s.

One of the closer poke spots in the east side. Their fish quality was pretty fresh. My favorites were the f&t mix and their ahi. Workers were very nice and patient. My only complaints were the pricing and the portion size.
