First off, if I could give negative 5 stars, I would! Let’s start with the fact that the food and drinks are HORRIBLE, and they made me sick. I had been there before, so I wasn’t sure if it was just a fluke, but after today, I can say with certainty that this was my final straw. I’m genuinely sad that small businesses like this don’t have someone above them to report to because the woman there, the older short lady (I believe she’s oriental), not only is rude but has made me feel uncomfortable on multiple occasions.
This is not the first time this lady has made me feel this way. She is racist and completely unprofessional, and this time, she went too far. Today, I went in to get a horchata latte, which was overpriced and honestly awful. I asked for boba, and the guy forgot to add it — a simple mistake, which is totally fine. But since I paid for it, I came back and asked for the drink to be remade. The moment I walked in, she yelled out “SHE’S BACK” — a comment that was not only unprofessional but rude, and she rolled her eyes as she spoke. She then proceeded to talk about me right in front of me, yelling at the poor kid who made the mistake. She was mad that I actually wanted the drink I paid for, but what really broke my heart was when she began making very mean remarks toward me, I’ve never seen her treat anyone like this before and I know people of different race that experience different things from her it’s just sad to think she really went out of her way to make me feel this way
I’m still in disbelief that this happened today, and I’m beyond upset. This lady is ruining this business, and it’s heartbreaking because no one should ever be treated like that, especially when all I wanted was to get the drink I paid for. I will be making sure that everyone knows about the horrible experience I had and how badly this lady made me feel. It’s not okay, and I really hope something changes because no one should have to go through this.
