I ordered a 4 tier cake for my wedding. I asked if they would be able to do the old vintage cake designs. I was told yes. I sent several detailed emails and pictures of what I wanted. The cake was NOTHING close in design, outside of 4 levels, nothing else looked like the pictures. Only one of the colors, only a couple flowers.
Then, 1 hour into the reception the cake fell over. I never even got to cut my 4 tiered cake! When I brought it up after, she blamed the heat....read full review

Ana went above and beyond to hand deliver a cake for my mom's birthday with short notice, and even picked up flowers and balloons to make it special since we are all on quarantine and couldn't be there to celebrate. I am so grateful for the amazing customer service.
