Good food but horrible service. Every time you ask them something they make you feel like an inconvenience. They forgot a few items and when I told Them, they were upset and threw the bread (angrily) in a bag where all the toppings fell off.

Customer service was great, sandwichs are good, but their drinks are awful. Ordered a iced coffee with jelly and both tasted way off and probably stale. Just get your drinks somewhere else.

I was just passing by and saw a sign that says “Buy 5 pastries and get 1 free.” I came home and I only see 5 pastries and no free inside. That’s bad business!

The pisano bread is by far one of my favorites. The bread was soft melted cheese and sauce on the inside with a crispy flaky shell.The pastries are so delicious you just want to get one of everything.

7.9 Turkey Avocado sandwich. It tasted fresh and was decent size for the price $9.75, considering anywhere in the mall you're paying $10+ for food. The sourdough and the avocado had decent flavor. I will say though, it probably could've used some salt.I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I did go first thing in the morning, so maybe this added toward the freshness. For what it is, it was decent, and I'd go back. The pastries looked really good as well.The picture shown is of half the sandwhich and not the full size
