This place was awful. Terrible service. A fight broke out and the security was hurting the people that were already down and pretty much helping fight. The put hands on women. Then the people that started the fight left the security was giving them knuckles and told them they will see them later. Super trashy place.

Myself and 8 of my friends went to aura Saturday 12/16/23 for my friends birthday. She got bottle service, first bottle was 330 and the second bottle was 400. We each had to pay $30 for entrance fee but other times an entrance fee was not charged. The business should be consistent either charge it or don’t, but don’t pick and choose who pays and who doesn’t. Considering $730 was spent on the bottles alone and the bottle service girls take a shot from the bottle when they first bring it out fee should have been waived. Music was also not the best and Dj was trash

They had a big band in the dead center of the dance floor. It took up so much space that it was really hard to move around and literally no where to dance. People were dancing where ever they could. People drinking on other peoples tables is super common too, hand onto your tables and bottles people

Girl at the door sed it was 35$ to get in she charge me ((450$$))to my credit card an try to act like she didn't at first I asked for a receipt and she didn't wanna give it to at the door stating wait a week an come back for the money. I asked for the manager an she started getting rude saying the manager busy go out side an talk to some security guy named Patrick when I talk to Patrick he stated to wait an come back for the money nexts week??. Scammed me out of 450$!. places like this should be closed down. Check your bank accounts if you go here or just use CASH ONLY if you don't wanna get robbed.

OKAY so, this story goes back a month or two. so about a month ago my friends cousin got a table and bottle service on a Friday night. we were all excited to have a good night drinking and having funnnn. we got there a little later than everyone else, and the second we got there we were put off. first of all i've never been to a club where you're still required to pay cover even when your friend bought a table/ bottle service. usually clubs give you friend tickets, so they don't have to pay cover. usually for clubs the over $400.00 charge for a table and over priced booze is enough. but they still expected us to pay $30.00 EACH????? we thought it was weird asf but we just wanted to party and her cousin offered to pay our cover. so he pays and we go inside. we go upstairs and it REEKS OF VOMIT. like genuinely reeked. it smelled like someone threw up on the old leather benches upstairs and the staff refused to clean it up. the "table" is literally smaller than a coffee table at your local starbucks. by the time we got there, the whole bucket of ice was melted all over the table getting water all over the floor. which caused some of our friends to slip and fall. the bottles were floating in the water and we had no clean cups. it's like the bottle service girls came once in the beginning of the night and disappeared. keep in mind we saw almost all the bottle service girls on the main floor taking shots with random people. so in order to make us feel less miserable like we didn't waste money we obviously had to get wasted on the luke warm alcohol at our table. all while avoiding sitting on the benches bc someone def threw up on them. anyway so last week the same person gets a table on a thursday. me and the same friend wanted to give this place another chance. we pull up and it doesn't seem like there's anyone inside and there's DEFINITELY no one in line. before we even spoke to the bouncer, we saw at least five different people walk up to him and leave. we walk up to him in order for him to check our IDs. before we walk in he states cover is $20.00 each. even if you have a table and bottle service. HUH???? so it's thursday, our friend got a table/ bottle service, but you still want an extra $40.00 ???? ON A THURSDAY NIGHT???? LIKE WHATTTT. y'all are crazy for charging a cover fee on a thursday. Do not go to this place they have the worst security guards. I saw a guy getting jumped by the security guards with no provocation at all. It's really sad how Armando the person in charge of this place was there and couldn't handle the situation properly. You should invest in training your security guards properly. As I read the comments here and in other pages, this is not the first time this happens. You're making money out of this people and you still allow 5 security guards jump one guy! This place should not even have a permit at all. What you do is wrong! Prevent yourself from a bad experience by not going to this place, and if you go be careful as this is a regular thing that happens in this place. Worst night ever, very bad management.

Went to celebrate Coworkers Bday! 20$ cover 325$ for a Bottle/Table Service.Our Bottle service Girl , Genna/genises whatever , her shift was over & she said the Lady w/the big butt would help you out . No one Came back to check the rest of the 2 hours we were there . Our Bottle service girl was nice, but the others were not at all. Plus paying 325 and no one helped us out? Okay.2nd issue lol, The bar outside Charged 30$ for a Double Henny Pineapple! Obviously it was a double so the price was fair but I literally saw the Chick pour a single 4 count firm and charged me a double , i run a bar and I know the count. She said I poured you a 10count , I tipped her 10$ and told her (God bless you) karma sucks. Over all- Music was cool but then it changed to Sad in my feelings 2000s Hip/hop rap . There was 80% Dudes and 20% Females so the ratio is not cool. The bartenders in the main bar were amazing thoe ! Thank you! They also randomly shout from the DJ , Buy one drink get another Free, which was pretty cool!

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Their cover fee is ridiculous as it is usually $30-40. You can tell the floors are not clean as your shoes stick to the ground. Bathroom is always a mess. Security guard gets aggressive with people unprovoked. Not to mention I was personally roofied by one of the bartenders and have heard other similar stories from women who have gone here. Women are seen slumped over in bathrooms and dragged out of the club by security. Obviously not a coincidence that it's something that happens frequently here. Promoter/ club owner Armando is extremely predatory as well. It is highly noticeable they let in underage girls here without checking their ID too. I'm surprised that they are still open with so many people speaking out about the owner and the shady bartenders. Do not come here.

Nah bc tell me why when I got a table the bottle girls were drinking shots without even asking... they would pour a bunch of shots and before anyone could even drink or reach for the shots she drank a shot and took another Togo. Like girl I would have given you one, all u had to do was ask. And they were never around when we wanted to buy another bottle. And they came by with a birthday sign and waved it around for no more than 10 seconds, I couldn't even take my phone out my purse to take a picture. Booooo it just felt really rushed and shitty energy whenever they would assist us and I can't get over how that girl took drinks from our table and didn't even ask lmfao
