They have a large menu of items for a pretty decent price compared to other local dessert places. However, both times I've visited, they ran out of most of the items we wanted. I absolutely love crepe cake and they sell a slice for $6, which is cheaper than other places. However, the quality wasn't so great compared to places who make them daily. The water they had out was also lukewarm and tasted funny. The service isn't so great either. Took awhile to be acknowledged and the wait for our items took awhile, despite the cake being right by the glass. The only pro about this place is the fact that it's open late. With all the other options in San Jose, I probably wouldn't recommend it unless you were looking for a more empty place to hangout late at night.

My family and I decided to try this place out after running errands nearby. We both order two large drinks, and two regular size drinks. I got the Thai ice tea because I wasn't sure if I would like the others drinks or not. Boy was I wrong, the Thai ice tea tastes plain and diluted. The color itself was light peach, not the dark orange that I'm used to in other places. It was so tasteless, so I ask my sister for a second opinion and she agreed. It lacks flavor, missing was the sweet and creamy flavor I was so use to from other places I been too. It was by far the worse Thai ice tea I have ever tried. Also, same goes for the rest of our drinks, it seems that every one of our drinks were diluted with no flavor what so ever, it's more like drinking water with a hint of whatever flavor were ordered. For instance, my niece order avocado smoothie and they bought it with crush out instead of blending it really well and you can't barely taste anything. Basically, all of the four drinks we order was horrible with no taste and diluted. It makes it worse when we asked for it to go the lady put all of our drinks in a freaking small cup instead of large cup. Just a reminder that we only took two sip from our large drinks, we got rip off. Such a waste of money. I would not recommend those who want to come and try this place out. Although their drinks were a total no no, their desserts were really good. The flavor was all there, but my guess is because they didn't have to make them there all they had to do was plate them and serve it.

Their honey dew drink was amazing, totally worth it. We had a banana crepe with ice scream and it was so yummy. Defiantly recommend if you're craving something sweet.

Original Fresh Milk Snow $6.95 + Lychee Jelly $0.50 + Egg Pudding $0.50 + Mochi $1 + Condensed Milk $0: We wanted the sweet mango snow but they had run out. A nice refreshing treat. Cost can just easily add up with multiple toppings. ***** My Star Ratings: 1 Star - Terrible. Just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars - Meh. Unlikely for me to return. 3 Stars - OK. Open to coming back, but wouldn't go out of my way to. 4 Stars - Yummy! Will definitely return if I haven't already. 5 Stars - AMAZING!!! Would plan my day or even a trip around eating here.

Had a pretty terrible experience at this place. I'll keep it short - ordered shaved ice with a myriad of fruit toppings and got a plain order instead - asked our server where our toppings were and he took our shaved ice away - came back with a half melted plate with sloppily thrown on toppings When we asked for a new one our server replied "well you guys ate a bit before you asked me for the toppings" I argued and he agreed to get us a new one. 15 minutes later I ended up cancelling and walking out since it was taking so long. Terrible and clueless service. Unapologetic in the face of their own mistakes and absolutely no attempt to reconcile. How much common sense does someone working at a dessert place have to lack to realize you shouldn't serve half melted ice cream when your kitchen messed up the original order? The original sno crave ended up shutting down. I don't see this place lasting more than a year or so until their lease renewal comes up.

I came here for their matcha crepe cake and they were out so I was bummed but my boyfriend insisted we still order! So we got a tiramisu crepe cake and I don't really like tiramisu but I was very good!!! I really like this place! The food definitely was an A+

Atmosphere/service: I went around 8pm on a Wednesday and there wasn't too many people. The server took about 10 minutes to take our order & our order took about 10 minutes as well. Dessert: We ordered mixed fruit crepe and banana crepe each with taxes was $6.98 each (not including tip). I absolutely love their crepes it's so good and they give you ice cream with it. Although I prefer my ice cream scoop inside the crepe as opposed to it in a bowl, it was still delicious. Would I come here again? I'm a returning customer so, yes!

Do not buy food here! Or milkshakes. Milk tea is a yes! I came here with a friend at 11pm and we purchased a Butter Toast, Mango milk tea and Oreo Milkshake. It was pretty empty at 11pm. I've attached a photo of the "toast" we received. Pathetic, right? The picture explains it all. My friend refused to complain while I sat fuming. The Oreo Milkshake and Mango Milk tea was great, if you like really sweet drinks, which I do. The server was really nice, a young man who replaced my tea when I reminded him I ordered no ice. THE NEXT DAY I couldn't stop thinking about the terrible toast, so I came back for further investigation the next day at 11am. Our server was a lovely pregnant woman, but English was not her first language, so we had to point to pictures on the menu. Ordered a dessert Brick Toast, Oreo Milkshake and Mango Milk tea. In my mind, the Oreo Milkshake would be good since we had it before, right? Oh no, how wrong we were! The Oreo Milkshake came out and it was DIFFERENT from 12hrs ago. How. Is. It. Different. I wish I had direct photos for comparison, but basically, it looked and tasted different. I've attached a photo of the menu picture (which we received the night previously, and what we got that morning). This one was not creamy and very watered down. My Mango Milk tea was good. When the Brick Toast came out, a male server came over and explained to us that they no longer had the "milk" syrup thing they use for the Brick Toast and Oreo Milkshake, which the female server did not tell us. He pointed out this was why the Oreo Milkshake was bland and the Brick Toast he brought to us was literally just cubed pieces of bread and a dollop of ice cream on top. Awkward. He offered a refund (only for the Brick Toast) and I awkwardly accepted. BUT WAIT, there's more! He comes back 2 minutes later and goes, "Oh we do have the syrup thing! Do you still want the toast?" What? Uh, no. I declined nicely and we left. 1 star for the Milk Tea and incompetent but friendly server.

This place was really good before but service and food quality went down. The two guys that worked here were on their phones even when they were taking our orders. The amount of shaved ice that was served to us was enough to feed an ant, it was not like the pictures and was disappointing. They also did not have toast, I'm sure they did but they did not want to make it because they're lazy, they spoke to each other in Chinese saying they don't want to make toast. Probably will not be returning. - They also open an hour after they were supposed to open which sucks.

Ordered one thing....it took 45 minutes....& it was nearly empty. I ordered the kawaii egg puff w/ ice cream. The egg puff was crunchy on the outside & cold. The ice cream was vanilla (basic & simple) but I'm glad they put sprinkles on it. Added two halves of a whole wafer stick. Three mochis & one nasty macaron (stale & tasted like crap). I guess this place is cool if you hang out with friends & get the boba (which I didn't get), but with deserts that cost about $8 and my 45 mins of time I wasted waiting for it...then go for it. Would not be coming back.

Now I would come here a lot and order crepes Togo or dine-in and eat crepes & chicken with my nieces. Today was the first time I had an issue *literally sitting in the car 5 minutes after leaving to put this review* I should have just walked out as soon as she said the cook isn't here and that it will be 2 hours for a crepe. Ordered strawberry slush for the niece & chicken wings. I ordered the combo chicken & green tea. 1. 3 of 8 wings were cold in the dead center. 2. Nieces strawberry slush had no lychee that she asked for. 3. Chicken was different than what we had before. We got the buffalo wings every other time and today they came out bbq? 4. She told me she put the 2 orders together and that when I order a combo it is only half size? Everytime I have ordered the chicken&green tea combo it was 6 chicken wings with my green tea and an extra order of wings still had 6 in the basket. She said she will have to talk to her manager. 5. Overcharged. I told her while my card was in the reader and she said it was cancelled and redid the payment for $3 less than what she originally charged for and I got no receipt. Be prepared for me to come back only to complain if I have more than one charge on my card. I will never come back here for anything else. *Update* it took me 5 minutes to type that review and we saw the girl who helped us leave and someone else was there so we walked in and asked for the manager after I asked for a copy of the receipt. The guy said that *she* is the owner. I laughed and said you're joking right? That I discussed an order with her not even 20 minutes prior and she said she had to consult her manager and now this guy is telling me she is the owner? Don't mistake me for a damn idiot. Guaranteed never coming back to this crap place unless there is a double freaking charge on my credit card by your OWNER who needs to consult her MANAGER about being incorrect.

Matcha Milk Tea brought back major redemption. The manager cleared up the air and invited me back to try this. Came by a couple of times but they were closed (not according to Yelp, their schedule, google). - Matcha Milk Tea : First taste, tasted like a watered down avocado smoothie but after you can taste a hint of green tea at the bottom of the cup and it was actually pleasant. It's creamy due to the matcha ice cream placed in the cup. Boba is also not too soft, not too hard. But it's still sweet even after 'less sweet.' - Y02, Brick Toast : the toast inside was actually sweeter than more other visits. They didn't include the stale marshmallows and cheerios but instead included 'fresh' marshmallows. The ice cream started melting before I got into the car but I understand why. The ice cream flavor also changed? It was suppose to be strawberry, vanilla, and mango but I got Vanilla with strawberry syrup and Banana. But the bread inside the brick was still warm. A little over toasted so it was hard to bite into, but still like how it was warm. They also notice when people come through the door this time! Good for them. Would come back for this type of service. I will be coming by soon for their matcha drink.
