The joint itself was very nice and pleasant, and the staff were friendly. However, perhaps my mango fruit tea drink was not of a good batch, as it didn't really feel cold at all despite the ice, and the taste literally disappeared halfway through.

Good place for hot and cold tea /coffee drinks. There are a few tables inside 4. Went on a Sunday and it wasn’t very crowded and there is sufficient parking in the mall parking lot. Thai iced tea was great not to sweet.
