Execeptional service and very friendly staff. Food is so bomb. The brave heart and kogi steak are my favorites. The banh mi is great too. Drinks are delicious with a variety of flavors. Best sandwiches and boba in the neighborhood :)

Have had multiple meals from there and never been disappointed. Their teas/juices are great. They even stayed open late when I was walking by so I could get dinner :) The staff are always very friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Must walk up stairs to get in building. Not sure how would one would get in if they had limited mobility or were in a wheelchair.

Stopped by on a whim with friends, and we all had a wonderful time. The tea and spring rolls were delicious, and the staff were so friendly and kind. They let us try out a new menu item on the house, which ended up being super delicious waffles! Would definitely recommend stopping by.
Dietary restrictions: They have good non-dairy milk options.

It is an interesting place to go to. The food looks good.
Decent place, over the years it seems like the sandwiches have been having less toppings, but still tasty.

This is a pretty good sandwich. They put their own twist on a classic, and just about pull it off.
Since it's close to SJSU, it gets good traffic. It's an old victorian, beautiful outside, kind of outdated on the inside. We always order to go, so don't stay long.
Food is ok. I do wish they made just an old fashioned cheese steak as I remember, steak, bell peppers, onions, cheese, I don't even think there was mayo on it. But they don't.
They do offer a sandwich called the Superman which comes close. I do have to give Kudos to the hoaggie rolls. Even slightly toasted
the rolls are super soft and yummy.
Also want to give a shout out to the kids behind the counter. My bad for not asking names, but they were very welcoming and prepared food quickly and with a smile and kindness.
We will be back.
Thanks!

Hoagie felt fresh, steak was real not all was soft some chewie but real non the less. Everything was pretty good. The fries are trash no seasoning, and was fried crispy probably the oil to low. They crisp up the fries and add salt they would have alot going. But hoagies are pretty good especially for a late night bite.
