While making an order through phone, a worker girl name Maria was my order taker. Right away she mentioned that I couldn't use a coupon when I mention nothing regarding a coupon and starting mumbling her words as if she was high or something and all of a sudden she hands her coworker the phone without letting me know anything until I realized another girl was speaking. Then her coworker tried to cover her up, and said because she was busy and kept asking what I wanted to order without trying to hear me out. How can you just take an order and hands over to another worker without saying anything? Weird.

Great little shop! Staff were friendly and attentive. But of course, the reason for patronizing is for the ice cream. Jamoca was a hit for me! So delicious and fresh! Clean and tidy place.

Honestly, this is probably one of my favorite Baskin Robbins locations!!! Shout out to my Little for recommending and raving about this particular BR!! Without her, I wouldn't have knows about all the greatness awaiting inside...While other BR locations are lacking in freshness, quality, and good customer service, this BR is shining above the rest!! Our large group stopped by since we were already have dinner at a neighboring business. The ice cream shop was small in size but it was also jam packed with customers making it a little tough to maneuver. While the scene was a little chaotic, the many employees were providing prompt and courteous customer service to each and every patron. Our purchases:Single Scoop [in cup]- Mint Chocolate ChipSingle Scoop [in cup]- VanillaSingle Scoop [in cone]- Chocolate Chip Cookie DoughSmall Cappuccino Blast [extra cinnamon] Everything tasted great and totally hit the spot on a hot scorching day. My only complaints: 1) was not getting the extra cinnamon topping on my cappuccino blast. Lmao. Disappointed yes, but I totally survived. Lmao. 2) it was really humid and hot in the shop. On a day where the temps were in the high 70s, it felt cooler outside! 5/5 stars overall. After having more than a few bad run-ins with the lack of freshness pertaining to BR's cakes [@ other locations], lack of cleanliness, & some really bad service, I was ready to boycott the company completely!! Thank you BR Story Rd location for giving me a glimmer of hope, I'll be coming here for all of my celebratory|birthday cake needs!!

The staff is always friendly at this location no matter the time of day! We were greeted at the door by the employee Maria with a smile as she was taking another clients order so we appreciated that she noticed us walk in. She was very quick and friendly getting all the orders done for the clients. The Ice was delicious as always! When the little rush slowed down, Maria did get a broom and started sweeping the area when you walk in. Overall she was a great worker at this location.

VERY UNSANITARY AND LACK OF HEALTH REGULATIONS! I touched a waffle cone with my bare hands and they put the waffle cone back into the cone case! Came in for some ice cream because the baskin robins app gave me a birthday cone. The girl who helped me put my ice cream scoop into a cup and I asked if I could have the waffle cone on top of the ice cream (even though the app clearly said I could get an ice cream on a cone). She handed me the waffle cone and I then asked if I could have some sprinkles (there were premade cups already on top of the counter). The girl asked the second lady (the manager I presume) and the girl told me I actually need to pay for the sprinkles and the cone. I very clearly was holding the waffle cone with my bare hands touching the waffle part and while making eye contact with the girl, I handed back the cone. I rather have them throw away the cone than be forced to pay for it when the app said I could have it for my birthday ice cream. She handed the cone to the manager who put it back into the cone case! Not sure what kind of guardian angel was looking out for me, but I'm glad I didn't eat that waffle cone. Just imagine being that one person who ate the same cone after I touched it with my bare hands and germs. I'm glad I wasn't that poor soul.

I've been getting my cakes here since they opened here. Although I moved further from this location and there are other baskin robins close by my house I still make sure I still get all my ice cream fix and cakes at this location because of the amazing staff and friendly owners. They have done last minute cakes for me happily and they are very accommodating and welcoming. I always recommend this location to all my friends and family.
