I heard this place has the best bun Bo hue so I was really excited to try this place. It definitely did not disappoint, the meats were really well cooked and tender and my favorite were the slices of pork belly. The broth was more clear than I’m use to for a bun Bo hue broth but it was still savory and spicy, I think for me it would’ve been the perfect Bun Bo Hue if the broth flavor was just a bit bolder and saltier which is probably a personal preference.
The food is good and reasonably priced. The only downside is that they only accept cash, so make sure to bring some with you.I highly recommend the sugarcane juice. It's fresh and delicious.

Amazing and authentic BBH. Broth has deep beef and lemongrass flavor. Large portions with lots of different proteins including fresh cha Lua, thinly slice beef shank, and pork belly. Would be a 5 star if the satee was slightly more rich in garlic, lemongrass and spice.
