We had a really good experience getting ice cream with my kids. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed which made it easy to enjoy our time together. The ice cream was delicious and my kids were so happy. They had really cool kids cups with hats and pins that the kids loved!

Highly recommended. The menu is packed with classics and creative new flavors, and each scoop tastes like it was crafted with real care. The staff is friendly and patient, always happy to offer samples or recommendations.

Bad customer service.
Music so loud you can't understand anything the workers say. Is this a ice cream shop or a club. Got over charged because the worker miscommunication

okay for a scoop of ice cream, but don't order anything custom. it will probably be made wrong and most of the employees are either rude and/or do not know how to take an order. Latest example, I went in to order a simple polar pizza and the lady could not even find the order form I had to point it out to her. and then tried to call multiple times to check it was done... no answer just rings then disconnects. I have been here dozens of times over the years with my kids and will not ever go here again.
