Super rude lady up front. She charged me wrong and got angry that when I confronted her

I see why so many one star reviews, I ask for waffle bowl, employee got cone,I said bowl,employee not happy,was going to add banana Royale,but forget it,I'll go to Baskin Robbins on Cottle.

Bad customer service.
Music so loud you can't understand anything the workers say. Is this a ice cream shop or a club. Got over charged because the worker miscommunication

okay for a scoop of ice cream, but don't order anything custom. it will probably be made wrong and most of the employees are either rude and/or do not know how to take an order. Latest example, I went in to order a simple polar pizza and the lady could not even find the order form I had to point it out to her. and then tried to call multiple times to check it was done... no answer just rings then disconnects. I have been here dozens of times over the years with my kids and will not ever go here again.

Stopped by to get a small sweet cold brew for $2! Then the lady said can u show me ? So I did, then she says we do them but not right now just sometimes . After few mins of bk n forth I said you dont do it or you dont know how ? I said can u just scan the cup and check if it scans $2 ? She did and it scanned $2! Ok great except she doesnt know how to make a cold brew !!!!!!! Come on she lied multiple times instead of just figuring it out and helping . I had to guide her !!!!!!!!!!

This has the snows that you need to try and enjoy and the staff are very friendly ?

Customer service is bad, don't waste your time and $$$ here. Girl with long black hair, bad attitude. Need to work on how to treat Customers with polite and respect.

Good stop for some ice cream. Walking distance from other food places too. They give good scoops of ice cream always having different flavors. On the side, it's sometimes there is a wait but still good ice cream. The employees are nice too.

Zero stars. Extremely rude to customers. Please do not spend your money at this location. Very disappointing.

Pistacho almost is my all time favorite flavor! If you haven't tried it, you should! Delicious!!

Felt bad for the lone employee working hard there today on National ice cream day! Hope they hire more employees and make it easier! Good icecream!
