I've got teenagers, so finding a place that my whole family likes is a rarity. However, El Amigo is one such place! It's one of the few Mexican restaurants in the Bay Area where the salsa is actually not so ridiculously hot that I can't eat it, and the warm chips are great! The service is very attentive and fast. Our favorite entrees are the beef quesabirria, Chile Colorado, and three-enchilada combo plate. Plus they have plenty of delicious shrimp dishes.
