The closing time was 10 pm. We drove to this place from 6 miles away and we were at the door at 9 50 pm. Door has OPEN sign lit up in neon LED. But the door was locked. Some 2 people were working inside. They said they are cleaners and the door was closed 5 minutes ago. We were outside the door since 10 minutes. Unbelievable.

They ripped my dad off. I sent a picture of cookies n cream and had my Dad get me a small cup. They had my Dad get a medium or whatever size it was and so he paid 10 dollars for it. It didn't even come with a lid. I feel like I'm being generous with the stars. I just wish they never ripped my Dad off like that. I wouldn't come here again. It did lead me to another ice cream shop.

This Baskin robins is horrible. Came in tonight to buy a birthday cake. They only have 1 staff and a crowd started lining up. My turn comes and I told her which cake I wanted and request writing. Wrote down " Happy 7th Abigail" and she took another customer and made us wait. She then proceeded to write and gave us the cake. I looked and it did not say what we wanted and the writing was sloppy. I hate it when it's a Saturday evening and they only have 1 staff and when the staff feels rushed they do a sloppy job. What is the purpose of asking what we want and do the opposite. I'm very annoyed and I'm not coming back to a place that can't get the staffing right and poor service.

I would not recommend anyone order cake from Baskin Robbins for a special occasion. The cake I ordered was not only overpriced ($80-100), but it was nothing like the one I ordered! If they were not able to deliver, they should have told me, however the lady confirmed that they can make the exact cake I asked for (a standard one listed on the website). - I ordered a graduation cake in their largest size (size of a textbook); I DID NOT get a graduation cake! There was no decoration like in the photo. I don't understand how this is a graduation cake then? It was just a plain cake. When I asked at pick-up for just the cap decoration from the website photo, they said they don't do graduation cakes-but they said they did when I ordered??- There is a $14.99 upcharge for the photo, which is expected. What was not expected was how the color was totally off and the person I bought the cake for was a SIMPSONS character because the color was so off! It was so incredibly embarrassing. - I asked for a blue and gold color-theme (mentioned when you look at cake description to specify color theme). The cake I got was plain white, no decorations (as mentioned) and no colors. - For the ice cream, online there was no upcharge for the flavor I asked for, bit the lady in the store said I needed to pay an upcharge of $14.99 for the flavor. Does BR not have a consistent policy? She then began listing a bunch of flavors that I could pick from. I asked if she had a list, and she said no. The names of the ice cream she listed did not match any of the ones that were in the display fridge, so I had to just quickly pick one. The layer of ice cream we got was very small (1 inch, topped with mostly cream); the picture from other people's cakes looks like they had a thicker layer of ice cream. - For the cake portion, I asked specifically for Confetti Cake. I said it multiple times and showed her a picture and she said "yeah ok." When we cut into the cake - it truly was a surprise. It was NOT confetti cake, just plain cake. - I wanted a congratulations message written on the cake - I wrote it for for them. Not only was the writing on the side of the cake, it was written in terrible handwriting and it was written as "CONGRAT'S" inside of "CONGRATS" - I couldn't believe it. Not only that, but because it was written on the side, it smudged against the side of the box.- The taste was totally average. It tasted like a Safeway cake...maybe even worse. - So for price: you pay $60 for picking a cake size, $15 for the photo, and another $15 for specific ice cream For about $100, do yourself a favor and order a Lady M cake. At least you know it will look nice and taste good. Order here if you want a cake that is nothing like you ordered. If you really want an ice cream from here, it's better to pick a pre-made one so you know what you're getting.

The lady that works here she’s been working here for a long time she is Hispanic she touches the cones with no gloves, she needs to learn why is important to use gloves has customer we need to trust cleanliness of the business but when you see it with your own eyes is discussing and when I said I did not want that come she said WHY! MY HANDS ARE CLEAN??!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I arrived on Monday (10/3) around 6pm to pick up a doordash order and the worker, Angelina, was so rude to me from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I have never been so uncomfortable at an ice cream place before. As soon as I arrived, I told her the name for the doordash order and she rolled her eyes at me and responded with "You can wait." Ok? Mind you, she did not greet me or say hi so it caught me off guard. I let this pass. Then, a hispanic couple came and in she greeted him, helped them, before making my order! She was very giggly with them and I didn't get that. I'm not sure if it was because I am asian, but I definitely felt the racism and disrespect here. Secondly, when she finished up my order, she put it in a bag and I KINDLY asked her " May I get some utentil--" and she CUTS ME OFF (didn't let me finish my sentence) and says "CAN'T YOU SEE IM PACKING YOUR ORDER?!". Am I not allowed to ask for utensils? My gosh. If management is reading this, please retrain your staff and treat people with respect. All I was trying to do was pick up a freakin' door dash order. I don't care if you were having a bad day or not, treat people with respect to get respect!

The good I like how they always have fun and new flavors of the month. I tried last month's flavor and loved it so I was excited to try this month's (breakfast in bed)! It's a blend of pancake with maple syrup ice cream, pancake chunks and blueberry compote. It has a coffee-like flavor to me which adds to the idea of it being a breakfast ice cream. It's a bit on the sweet side but overall was tasty and fun. This location had a lot of ready-made ice cream cakes available for purchase. There's plenty of parking and there are small indoor seating areas fit for two people each. They also have a pancake shaped ice cream cake that features the flavor of the month. The bad: A small single scoop in a cup was $3.99. It's an okay price but I had expected it to be cheaper for some reason. There's no outdoor seating area. The interesting: They recently introduced the tiger milk tea boba with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. They're currently hiring.
