I had the Chicken Mix Bowl with the smokey chipotle sauce and it was AMAZING. I am allergic to dairy, gluten, and soy so being able to not worry about that with my meal was so nice. I also have ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) and have a really hard with certain textures, usually chicken is really hard for me to eat but I had no issues with this chicken!! The texture was consistent all the way through, pulled apart really easily, and was just overall amazing. The portions are really good and the food is very flavorful. I'm really happy with my meal. Thank you guys for the amazing food. I highly recommend this place!!

Let me put it out there I am not a person that naturally desires salads. I am very picky. Also I am not a big fan of salad dressings either. But I have found love for healthy food at this restaurant. Their salad dressings are amazing. Their meat and salad is truly healthy and tasty. I know it sounds funny to say but I get cravings for fast food sometimes but I also get cravings for Ben's fast food. Specially when I'm not feeling great or I need something healthy in my body. But what I love most of all is really their tasty food. Don't forget to try the green smoothie also. Super delicious!

I ordered a pork shoulder mixed bowl with chipotle sauce after work last week. It had been a long week and I was too tired to cook. I ordered online and was given a quick estimate of when the food would be ready for pick up. The food is at a place that has take out for a lot of different food spots, but has no seating. So definitely more of a pick up and go type situation. The bowl was inexpensive, fast and fairly healthy. I was still a bit hungry after eating the bowl. Maybe if I had ordered an extra portion of meat, it would have been more filling. The food fit the bill- I wanted something fast, relatively inexpensive, and easy. I don't think I will find myself craving this again- but might pick it up if I am in the area.

I absolutely recommend Ben's Fast Food. I have ordered from them on multiple occasions and have always been pleased with what I have received: Quality. The food quality (especially the meat) is always great. Food taste, smells and looks fresh. Tasty! I've ordered quite a few different bowls and it is always tasty. I specifically recommend the pork - its juicy and always seems as if just came out of the slow cooker. The sauce is also great but most importantly they don't "drown" or over sauce the food - they let the all the ingredients speak for themselves. Fast service. I typically request my food via Door dash and it is one of the faster deliveries I get which is perfect for those week night dinners. I will continue to enjoy the food from Ben's Fast Food.

Great concept for quick prep take out food. It's healthy and tasty, the proteins are all done really well, and the house-made sauces are excellent. I love the hot sauce too! Have eaten here a half dozen times and enjoyed it every time.

This is a delivery super kitchen according to my niece. We didn't know that and just wanted healthy fast food before starting a long drive. Pick up was VERY fast. We ordered from the parking lot on my phone and it was ready in 10 minutes. The system for pick up was awkward but we got the food and it was delicious and fresh! I would have done it on the way back too but the young people wanted junky fast food.

I'm currently feeling very sick from what I just ingested. I was a huge fan of Ben's fast food and would constantly order on Doordash from them -- esp when I was pregnant! But now that I'm breastfeeding, I'm even more aware that what I eat goes straight to my baby. I was horrified today when I placed an order for my hubby and I and was excited to add-on their avocado. HOWEVER, was absolutely mortified when I realized I was eating moldy avocado!!!! I cannot believe that this restaurant is serving rotten food! This is NOT good. If you have inventory that's rotten, THROW IT OUT, don't try to sell through it. Never coming here again, and I pray that nothing bad happens to me or my baby from eating black mold!
