Bo Ne is delicious, but the wait was way too long, about 40 minutes. Still, I’d recommend trying it because it’s worth it. Plus, there are other great food vendors in the food court you can check out while you’re there.
4 stars for food because the taste is inconsistent. The first time I went here the food was delicious! It made me want to go back for more. The meat was tender and flavorful. The pate had a lot of flavor too. Overall the first time was amazing, and great service from Jack.
The 2nd time I went the meat didn't have flavor, like there was no sauce or it wasn't marinated. I'm not sure. It was still tender though. The pate was still great!

Cash only! Went on a Saturday around 1pm no wait to order and it took about 20-25 minutes to get our food. A portion of bò né was enough to share between two, although big eaters might get hungry not too long after. Really good - came with the beef, pate, a meatball?, two eggs on the sizzling plate plus bread, cup of tea, salad, and soy-ish sauce. Loved everything except for the salad, which was just ok. Busy food court so can be hard to find a table, so we ate outside, but...
