First, the staff are very welcoming. Always wears big smile in thei face. I can see their excitement welcoming and serving customers..
Foods are always great...the way the chicken were marinated, fried and served never changes from day 1. They are very consistent with the taste and texture of the chicken.
They accommodate customization of foods. When I asked if I can replace kimchi instead of coleslaw l, without hesitation the staff said yes to it.

The food was delicious as always. They even gave me extra sauce on my chicken stripe. It made the flavor even better. However, the staff was not attentive. They were too busy on their phone. Did not come by to check in after serving food.
