I love the wings and the saucy options almost as much as I love the 1 hour wait after ordering to get them. It really builds the suspense and allows connection to build with the unfortunately understaffed staff. Fire the manager, keep the staff.

It took 30 min over to prepare the take away. The wings were not fully cooked!

The food was very overpriced and not very good. The staff was rude and not accommodating. I strongly recommend dining elsewhere.

Sold out without letting customer know. We only know that after driving for a long trip.

Literally stood and waited to be seated for 15minutes. Not one employee to be seen. Ridiculous

The staff here show little to no interest in serving customers. The lady pictured was especially rude and entitled—she avoided eye contact, tossed food onto the rack without assisting customers with their online orders, and generally acted like she didn’t want to be there.
On top of that, the handling of food was very concerning. I witnessed her portioning ranch cups with bare hands that had just touched a dirty rag, and using dirty scissors to cut open sauce bags—allowing the sauce to pass directly through that contaminated opening.
The order also took nearly twice as long as the quoted time. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Not recommended.

Food takes way too long. I placed a takeout order, waited half an hour before going to the restaurant for pickup just to wait another half hour there. Ridiculous.

I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Our waitress, Bella, was extremely rude and unprofessional.
• We were only able to order 2 beers due to ID restrictions, and instead of handling it politely, she had a staff member stand near our table to “keep an eye on us,” which felt intimidating.
• She slammed a Coke on the table without saying a word, which came across as very disrespectful.
• When we tried to bring this up with the manager, Bella deliberately lingered nearby pretending to clean, clearly listening in, and even smirked at us.

I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings during my recent visit. Our server, Bella, was extremely unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable throughout the evening. She was rude, avoided eye contact, and slammed items on the counter instead of serving properly.
At one point, we only had two beers on the table, yet she had another staff member stand near us as if to keep watch, which felt unnecessary and intimidating. Even worse, she openly complained about us to other staff members in earshot, which was very disrespectful.
When we went to speak with a manager to express our concerns, Bella actually followed us over to listen in on the conversation.
This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and ruined our visit. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously so that other guests don’t have to go through a similar experience.
This has to be one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Our waitress, Bella, was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment we sat down. She seemed annoyed by our presence and barely made eye contact when taking our order.
What made it truly awful was her behavior behind our backs. We noticed her gossiping with other staff members, and it was clear from her gestures and their glances that she was talking about us. Every staff member in the restaurant was looking over at our table, which made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassed. It felt like a deliberate attempt to humiliate us.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I came to enjoy a meal, not to be the subject of a high school clique's gossip. I was completely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and basic respect. We will not be returning.

I stopped by the Buffalo Wild Wings GO on Blossom Hill Road (Zenevay location) and grabbed their 20 wings + fries + carrots/celery + dip deal for $19.99. Honestly, that’s a solid deal, especially since I got to mix it up with four different flavors of wings.
The wings came out hot, the fries were fresh, and the carrots/celery with ranch tied it all together. Everything tasted on point. For a quick takeout spot, it definitely hit the spot.
Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there’s always room for that extra touch — maybe a little more fries or just a bit more sauce on the wings would’ve pushed it over the top.
Overall, though, good value, good flavors, and smooth pickup experience. I’ll definitely be back when I’m craving wings again.
