Walked in on a quiet Sunday afternoon at 3:37pm. The hostess told us it was open seating. We told her we were grabbing a seat outside. After 10 minutes I walked in and flagged the bartender who said he'd send someone out. After 5 more minutes I went back in and flagged a server who aid she'd send someone out. Now, after 22 minutes and still no service we are leaving.

This local spot can get busy on weekends or during sports events, but it’s always worth it. Great wings, tasty chips, and of course, excellent draft beers. I really enjoy hanging out at the bar area with friends.

Horrible food food had freezer burns . Horrible service. No manager in sight.
Last Sunday I was in Wild Wings to watch football . I usually go in with my son a couple times a month but on this occasion I went alone . I looked for a seat for 10 minutes with no assistance . All the tables were dirty and eventually the manager begrudgingly wiped a table for me . I ordered cauliflower wings and a beer. The beer took awhile but eventually came . The wings did not . I estimated I waited an hour . I ordered a second beer and was re assured my wings were on their way . I’m not sure how long I was there . I noticed employees laughing and drinking soda in a non break area . I Told the manager I felt like I had been waiting an hour . He snapped back you’ve been here 40 min . I thought is that acceptable ? The staff around him chuckled a bit at my expense . He said your wings and beer are on the table what would you like to do . Being hungry and into the game . I finished my meal paid my check and left . I felt invisible . I worked in the restaurant over 20 years and I could not imagine any manager I worked for being so utterly unprofessional. My son suggested we go to Wild Wings today . I’m never stepping foot in that one again ! Customer service is dead .

09/27/2025- I wish I can give 10 stars to Patric what above and beyond from the moment we sat down, he provided us with phenomenal service. He was super patient and went through all the promotions and offers they had when we came in for happy hour! I’ve never had such phenomenal service at a restaurant let alone add a Buffalo Wild Wings location! He was patient and very understanding of my girlfriend being indecisive and went above and beyond to help! He definitely deserves a raise for providing exceptional service since he definitely has made it apparent that this is the level of service he provides to his customers!

I would like to give a shoutout to our server, Heidi tonight. I am craving B-Dubs so much, so I asked her if she can put a lot of extra Ranch and Blue Cheese dips. She was so nice, have a sense of humor, and she really did what we asked for the dips. I really appreciate that because not all servers are like that. She is attentive as well, asking if we need anything time to time. Keep up the great job! 😊
