Himalayan Masala Magic is an absolute gem! The food was fresh, flavorful, and packed with authentic taste. The pani puri was perfectly crisp with deliciously tangy and spicy flavors, the chicken rolls were juicy and well-seasoned, and the aloo tikka was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
