It does feel like a little stress, boss lady micromanaging and taking forever to take an order , place is not that clean, is like an old buildingWheelchair accessibility: A bit hard for a wheelchair because place is a little bit uphill

Worst manager I've ever seen.. Over heard her talking down to employees like they're dogs.. finally after being glared at for 10 min choke down my food .. I walked over to the beverages to refill my cup only for the machine to not work and when asked said there are no refills ... so I was charged 3$ for a drink i can't refill ... was never told anything she has a NASTY attitude will be contacting corporate I feel sorry for the employees

Terrible customer service.Workers don’t pay attention to the people waiting at the counters to order. They see you, they just ignore you. Don’t even say “I’ll be right with you.” Completely ignore you. I waste more time on waiting on them than I do ordering..

Be aware, this location does not give out free or even discounted refills on drinks. If you finish your drink while in the restaurant you're going to need to pay for a whole new drink. Large soda is about 3 and a half bucks. You'd be better served buying a two liter down the street at Walmart and bringing it here for your drink than buying one at the restaurant. Oh wait, outside food and drink is prohibited... What a great scam.
