Worst manager I've ever seen.. Over heard her talking down to employees like they're dogs.. finally after being glared at for 10 min choke down my food .. I walked over to the beverages to refill my cup only for the machine to not work and when asked said there are no refills ... so I was charged 3$ for a drink i can't refill ... was never told anything she has a NASTY attitude will be contacting corporate I feel sorry for the employees
Terrible customer service.Workers don’t pay attention to the people waiting at the counters to order. They see you, they just ignore you. Don’t even say “I’ll be right with you.” Completely ignore you. I waste more time on waiting on them than I do ordering..
