It saddens me how much customer service and the quality of food have gone down at BKs. At this particular location, there were two ladies putting orders together, and neither one of them turned around to acknowledge me or the other customers standing in line waiting to order food. This took almost 10mins of standing there. They weren't very friendly or welcoming. Once we finally received our food, It was barely warm, and the fries were stale and very salty. Tables were dirty and had to clean it myself. Never going back there

My fiancé and I just went there today, and he got horribly food poisoned. All day in bad pain that started just a little while after we ate there. He had a Whopper burger. They don’t clean the dining area either. I was here 3 days ago and there’s stains and smears on the same tables. Will report to the county health dept.

There is always something missing from my order, today my handicapped sister wanted cheesey bites and that's the one thing missing from the order!!! I've tried calling and they do not answer the phone! If I could I'd give a 1/2 star!!! This needs to be fixed!!!

Burger King food I tend to always order is of course the Whopper and the original chicken sandwich. Food is made to order right and always served warm to me! I have a feeling it be warmer if only the service was more attentive. I understand drive thru customers are given more priority, but diners deserve better. Many times I experienced and observed slower and lackluster customer service at the counter. Not all but most exhibit ignorance without much even eye contact towards counter. Would love similar attention as In-and-Out but I understand BK got less staff.
What a waste of money when you throw it up the next morning. Awful.

This place is the best! The burgers are made perfect to order. Why do people go to Mcdonalds to get a big mac? It is two cardboard thin disks of whatevevr on 3 pieces of bread. The Whopper is clearly two big beef paties. The taste is a beef burger that is delicious. I have never had the taste of beef in a big mac. The service is always great here. They are the King.

Every time we come here (and it's almost everyday), we get an ice cream cup filled to the brim with three swirls. Today the woman at the register went pretty light on the serving but for the same price. And it feels like she's the ONLY one that gives us attitude every time. Everyone else is great.
Might have to reconsider spending my money here, after all if they're gonna short change us like that, they don't deserve the business.
