Poor Customer Service at Burger King, Oakland Rd.San Jose, CA. Refused to key in my EBT numbers in the machine since their EBT machine is not working, rude, indignant, Lazy employees! I asked the site Manager but he, too declined & stared at my face longer than necessary which made me feel so embarrassed!

Be careful that this place using AI order at drive-through & can get it wrong if you did not speak it well or clear enough. The employees at this place are not friendly (probably stressed out). They don't speak English well but at least they get your order correct most of the times. I say AI is not ready for primetime yet.

It saddens me how much customer service and the quality of food have gone down at BKs. At this particular location, there were two ladies putting orders together, and neither one of them turned around to acknowledge me or the other customers standing in line waiting to order food. This took almost 10mins of standing there. They weren't very friendly or welcoming. Once we finally received our food, It was barely warm, and the fries were stale and very salty. Tables were dirty and had to clean it myself. Never going back there

My fiancé and I just went there today, and he got horribly food poisoned. All day in bad pain that started just a little while after we ate there. He had a Whopper burger. They don’t clean the dining area either. I was here 3 days ago and there’s stains and smears on the same tables. Will report to the county health dept.
There is always something missing from my order, today my handicapped sister wanted cheesey bites and that's the one thing missing from the order!!! I've tried calling and they do not answer the phone! If I could I'd give a 1/2 star!!! This needs to be fixed!!!
