I found multiple pieces of plastic in a fish sandwich my child was eating, and she accidentally swallowed one. I immediately contacted the restaurant, left my phone number and email, and asked for a resolution and how they plan to prevent this from happening again — especially to protect other children. Unfortunately, I never received any call or email back. The complete lack of response shows serious neglect toward food safety, which is very disappointing.

I gave a zero because my wrap had barely any of their “royal sauce” when I ordered heavy sauce. I thought some ranch could have fixed it but they didn’t have any ranch. I guess this restaurant runs very low on sauces. Dislike. Go to the Burger King on Hamilton or on N Mathilda.

Every business has its ups and downs, but this Burger King is well-run. The service is fast, efficient, and the staff is friendly and professional. They get straight to the point—just like fast food should be. Hopefully, you’ll have a great experience here too. So far, mine has been excellent.

Was there at 7:30 on a Wednesday night they were closed when the hours on the door stated they were open until 11 pm there were no employees there or a sign on the door explaining the closure.

I just ordered a chicken burger and they gave me some red meat burger. I don't eat red meat religiously. I tried calling them but no response.
