Magdalena dias is pure pathetic as a manager. Wish I'd known they don't honor curbside pickup before I placed my order. When I asked for a refund I was told to do so on the app. Complete waste of time and money. 45min waiting for curbside to bring food. An hour and thirty minutes trying to get customer service to call me just for them to tell me they'll get back to me in 24-48 hours. But took them less that 10 seconds to charge my card. But it's okay they will get what's coming to them.

They rob you by overcharging.A 2.29 value menu cheeseburger was rung up at 4.39.That is robbery.The advertised price for a #1 meal is $8.59 for the small.Add a slice of cheese and the order was rung up at 14.95.When I asked how the prices were so much higher they all looked very nervous,and one very cheeky older Mexican lady then said taxes, and said in Spanish, I was a beggar who could not afford their food.I answered in Spanish that they were robbing people and telling lies, and that made them all very nervous.Even if you are hungry never eat here.They will try to rob you and then god knows what they do to your food before serving you if you speak up.I would fire all of them before they put this franchise out of business.

Ordered two Impossible Burgers and they came without lettuce. I asked for some lettuce. The cashier annoyingly replied They don't come with lettuce and walked away.Hmm your advertised photos say otherwise.

I use to come to this location before work and NEVER again!!A lady come in to order a drink and when she went to get a lid....she licked her thumb and put her spit all over them!The cashier was informed of what she did and they did nothing. Didn't care and did not replace them. So beware if you plane on stopping by today and for any future visits as a matter of fact!COVID RISK!!ABSOLUTELY GROSS

I was treated very wrong by Fernando and this younger Mexican girl I felt they where very racist I watched how they interacted with Caucasian people and it was night and day when it came to the way I was treated I tried using my EBT card and they told me that my car does not have money I know when my card has food stamps and when it doesn't I always get poor service from them and watch as they give all the Caucasian people great service I don't even know why it's only Mexican people working there it should be diverse something has got to be done the owner needs to understand that by them hiring only One race is racist

It is not a busy place. I recently decided to give it a try because my son insisted on getting a Whopper Junior, and to my surprise, it turned out to be very good. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed it.

The good:We had to choose some vegetarian food to commemorate my late father in a Buddhist tradition where we offer vegetarian food weekly for 7 weeks. My dad isn't a particular vegetarian food fan but he does love burgers. We got tired of ordering from Vietnamese vegetarian food spots especially because my dad doesn't care for that type of food. We thought it'd be fun, untraditional and cool to get the vegetarian burgers from here for him. He would've enjoyed them. They really do taste great for a vegetarian burger. I like their fries a lot and the charred flavor of the patty. The bad:They definitely don't taste so great if you don't eat them immediately. They don't sit well for long periods. The interesting:The impossible burger is made from soy and potato protein. It's probably not healthier than regular meat.

Sloppiest BK in town! Employees are so rude. They're there to serve us but in reality hate us for walking in. They're charging for water which is news to me! I thought water was free anywhere.... Welp! Foods always been made messy and in a lazy way. ** want a good burger? Drive a couple more miles and check out THE HABIT! **
