Stopped in for a quick bite to eat for lunch. Placed my order, took May 10 minutes to get food. Not bad. The burger was really juicy. Wasn't dry or anything like that. The fried were good too. They were not over cooked in the deep fryer. They sell alcohol and cocktails as well. As for the soft drinks, they just had juice like HI-C, most of the soda was out but they had an order being delivered soon. Overall, the food was great.
The grilled chicken and fries were pretty good and your day shift employees try really hard, but your closing crew did not do their jobs. Soda machine was broken and wasting product. Condiment station was not cleaned from the night before. More concerning was that it appears nothing has been detailed or cleaned since you passed the health inspection in July 2023. Came to this BurgerIM location just steps away from the Metro/Airport light rail station on the Green/Blue line on a Saturday evening. It was close to closing time, so we had the place to ourselves.
